The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the contractual rights and obligations between LaRenova and the end consumer regarding any purchase made through our website, www.larenova.com.
- Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all transactions made on our website. By placing an order on www.larenova.com , you unreservedly accept the terms and conditions defined below.
- Confidentialité
We take the protection of personal data very seriously. We require that all data provided to our platform be business-related data (professional email address, professional phone number). Data related to a legal entity is not subject to the provisions of Organic Law No. 2004-63 of July 27, 2004, on the protection of personal data. This law applies solely to the personal data of natural persons, i.e., individuals.
We collect and use the data provided by users solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. We do not share this data with third parties without the user's explicit consent. For more information, please consult our privacy policy.
- Product Information
The products available for sale are those listed on www.larenova.com.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description, allowing customers to familiarize themselves with the key features of the products.
Products are offered subject to availability.
In the event that a product ordered is temporarily or permanently out of stock, LaRenova’s customer service will promptly contact the customer to notify them that their order may be delayed or canceled.
3.1 Pricing
The prices listed on the site are in Tunisian dinars, inclusive of all taxes, but exclude delivery fees, which are specified before order confirmation.
LaRenova reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.
3.2 Payment Terms
Currently, www.larenova.com offers only one payment method: payment upon delivery.
For this method, only cash is accepted. Personal and bank checks will not be accepted.
3.3 Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer during the order process.
Delivery will be made within 3 to 5 business days from the order confirmation date, covering all of Tunisia.
Orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed the same day if placed before 12 PM or the next business day if placed after 12 PM. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays are processed on the following Monday.
Delivery fees are set at 7.000 dinars for orders with a value between 0 DT and 100 DT. Delivery is free for orders exceeding 100 DT.
3.4 Return Policy and Refunds
If the delivered product does not match your order or was damaged during transport, we will cover the return costs and replace your order.
If the return involves a full product exchange, the return costs will be borne by the customer. A credit note equal to the value of your product will be issued to your customer account, allowing you to make another purchase for the same amount on our website.
Claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your order by providing your details, invoice number, and product references via email at contact@larenova.com or phone at 90 515 476. Claims made after this period will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
